1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@hypernorm.ai.
Cancellation will prevent future billing, but does not retroactively refund past charges.
After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
In case of successful debit of money but failure of transaction or rejection of investment transactions, money will be refunded within 6–7 working days to your registered bank account which was used for the respective transactions.
3. No Refunds for:
Partial use of the service
Change of mind after usage
Failure to cancel before the renewal date
Features not used within your plan
4. Downgrades and Plan Changes
Plan downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
If you switch to a lower-priced plan, no partial refunds will be issued for the current period.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback requests. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as account violations and may result in suspension.
